Baseball Spring 2026 - Spring 2026

Single A Division 

  • Appropriate for 6 and 7 year old's as well as some younger 8 year old's in some situations.   
  • This division is typically coach-pitch but often includes limited kid-pitch towards the end of the season.
  • No stealing.  No extra-base hits unless the ball lands in the outfield. 
  • Some limited inter-town games may be played.

Double AA Division

  • Appropriate for stronger 7-year-old's and primarily 8 year olds.  
  • This division has primarily used player pitch with some coach pitch to increase the quality and speed of game play.
  • Limited stealing and extra base hits are allowed.
  • Division typically plays both other in-town teams and inter-town.

Triple AAA (Minors) Division

  • Typically 9-10-year-old's, with some  11 year old's depending on division/team sizes and skill levels on a particular year., 
  • 8's can enter the AAA draft upon request.  
  • 12's may request to stay in AAA due to certain circumstances
  • Players should attend player evaluation before the season.
  • Draft league.  Those not drafted will be placed in the AA division.

Majors

  • Draft league - coaches select players using a draft format.
  • Primarily 11-12 years old's with many 10's.  
  • 9's may enter the major draft upon request.
  • Players should attend player evaluation before the season.

Senior League

  • 13+ years old
  • Plays at Peck street field (not Martin Street) as a home field.
  • This is typically inter-town, with some games played in Dighton or nearby towns.
  • Practices begin in late May and season runs June thru end of July.

Softball Spring 2026 - Spring 2026

6U Division Softball

The 6U division introduces players to coach-pitch softball, focusing on fun, skill development, and teamwork. This level bridges the gap between Tee Ball and instructional softball and may include games against Dighton. 

  • Age: 6 or younger as of Sept 1, 2025.
  • Experience: 1 year of Tee Ball.
  • Grades: Kindergarten–1st Grade.
  • Exceptions: May be made by the league after evaluations.

8U Division Softball

8U features intertown competitive games with a mix of coach and player pitch, traveling to Dighton.

  • Age: 8 or younger as of Sept 1, 2025.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of Tee Ball or softball.
  • Grades: 2nd–3rd, or 1st with 1 year Tee Ball and 1 year softball (league discretion).
  • Exceptions: Possible after evaluations.
  • Rules: Modified USA Softball rules.

10U Division Softball

10U offers intertown competitive play, primarily player pitch with limited coach during the season. Teams travel to Dighton and Seekonk.

  • Age: 10 or younger as of Sept 1, 2025.
  • Grades: 4th–5th Grade.
  • Teams: Chosen by draft.
  • Rules: Modified USA Softball rules.

14U Division Softball

14U is intertown competitive play using full player pitch rules.  Travel to Dighton and Seekonk. 

  • Age: 14 or younger as of Sept 1, 2025.
  • Grades: 6th–9th Grade.
  • Teams: Chosen by draft.
  • Gameplay: Stealing and base advancement per USA Softball rules.
